Love Never Dies but It Kills Us!

Disclaimer- If you are looking for the Philosophy of Love, for sure you have landed upon a wrong article. This article has no intention whatsoever to explain love or its importance. It is simply the voice of a heart which everyone of us feels at a time or another. So read with heart and try to understand with Mind!!!

Love never dies. But intensity does. Sometimes the relations dearest to our heart are just treasured into memories because we are simple human being, not God. We also need reciprocation, affection and care. But the question is what is the utilization to understand it when it is simply the part of our memories?? Why the persons didn't realise the value of our love at the time when its was as pious as devotion to God!!

Yes, it is true that we can never forget the person whom we loved once from the core of our heart. Of course our life and mind are not computers that we can simply use shift, alt & delete to forget everything about them. Actually, we can never forget the persons who taught us not to love anyone that deeply from our heart. How can we erase the memories of the one who taught us not caring for someone more than ourselves??? How can we take someone out of out life who made us realise not to make whole world against us for just one person?? Because when he/she leaves us and mixes up with the same world we are left all alone, with no one on our side neither the world nor the people & not even our own conscience.

While our mind goes through the trauma of the efforts to forget everything about them, there is something which never lets this string to be broken. We still expect them to return back, to love us once again, to be with us one more time. Our heart still wishes everything to be as good as it was earlier. We may pretend to be normal, that their absence or presence doesn't matter anymore to us but we still look back at the golden memories of the past , relive them once again, & the fear and pain to go away from them brings tear in our eyes.
 And this is called Love.

Some people say if we are not God, we are His children. We should love people selflessly. But its only the "Self" less love which brings expectations, hopes and desires. Because "We" replace this self and when the other one quits from it neither one has the unity of WE nor the identity of SELF. This situation is all the more dangerous as our mind and heart start moving in different directions. Now we have to choose from whether to move on or to hold upon. Heart will always ask us to Hold on & Mind to move on.

Ideally one will ask to hold u
on! But to Hold on what??? The relation with which we have lost our "self" and which is no more the story of other person. Mind will always ask to move on but how to move on by leaving our heart back, to live a lifeless life!!

The thin line between these two question becomes our life. Obviously answer varies from person to person, depending upon the choice of ones. But whatever one chooses love is there to stay in one form or other, either as obsession or as sacrifice. As Love is bound to be there so is the pain. Either one cries out of this or take it as "Pyar ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha".

Lucky are the ones who are in love with someone. Luckier are those who are loved back. Luckiest are those who are not only loved back but whose love is valued properly at right point of time thus making their life more loveable.
